Help on how to order:
Secure on line ordering is available on our site. Please follow these steps:
1.Choose a CD you would like to buy (see “How to search our site” for more information)
2. Press the “Add to Cart” button on the bottom of the information, next to the price of the CD displayed on the screen. You can change the quantity of CDs you are buying by typing a different in the box number (by default it will display the number 1).
3. If you would like to search for another CD you can move to another page, use the search button etc. The shopping cart will keep the information about the CD you chose
4. When you have chosen the last CD you wish to buy (you can always change your mind later), press the button “Check Out Now” at the bottom of the last CD you viewed, next to the price. You can also choose this by pressing the link on the very top of the page, on the right hand corner.
5. This link will take you to the check out page. First we will show you your cart and all the CDs you chose will be listed there. You can remove CDs and change the quantity of CDs. You can still continue shopping or empty the cart if you change your mind.
6. If you are happy with the CDs you chose you can now proceed to checkout to pay for your order, by clicking the “Check Out” option.
7. You are now on a secure page and it is safe to submit your credit card details here. Even if you're a repeat customer, please re-enter your credit or debit card number. JMD will not keep addresses or credit card numbers on our server for security reasons. If you prefer to phone in your credit or debit card, enter only the last four digits. You can also pay by cheque or call our office (see below - other methods of ordering). Here we will ask you to fill in your details. There you will see the list of CDs you have chosen displayed again, then the details we will need from you, like name address etc. Please make sure you include your email address as this will enable us to send you a confirmation by email.
8.The last thing you MUST do is to submit your order by pressing the “Submit Order” button. This will generate a message thanking you for your order and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
9. We will not charge your card until we are able to send the items you ordered to you. See “Delivery” for more information.

the items you would like to order and details of your credit card number, expiry date, and issue number if any. Cheques (post only) should be made payable to JMD. Please add £1.50 for p&p UK and world-wide.
How to search our website:
There are three main options:
1. By using the search option. In the window provided you can search our database. You can use any part of the title, artist’s name or song to search our database. The search will bring up all the items in which that text appears in any part of the product information. To narrow your search, try entering two or more words – the search mechanism will look for those words in the same order. Artists’ names are listed with surname first e.g. Feidman, Giora.
2. By using the browse by title, this option will bring a list of the letters and you can use any one of the groups to see the titles listed alphabetically.
3. By using any of the option on the top banner or the left banner e.g. videos, klezmer etc. The CDs will be displayed alphabetically.
JMD database
We include details of all our customers on our database. This information remains confidential, and will not be shared with any other business. Unless you indicate otherwise on the order form we will send you mailouts by post about 3 times a year and somewhat more frequently by email. We are likely to include information from the Jewish Music Institute and from Rimmon Judaica, our sister business.
Delivery
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Nevertheless, some items may have to be specially ordered so please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
All items destined for a UK address will be sent first class. Overseas will be sent airmail.
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be charged when your order arrives in your country.
Returns or exchanges
We will willingly refund the original price of any item or send you a replacement provided that you return it in perfect condition and with packaging intact within 7 days. Your statutory rights are not affected. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Your postage costs will also be refunded if the item was faulty.
