Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Nevertheless, some items may have to be specially ordered so please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

All items destined for a UK address will be sent first class. Overseas will be sent airmail.

You are responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be charged when your order arrives in your country.

We will confirm the date your items will be shipped which will also be the date we will charge your credit card. Please contact us if you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

Returns or exchanges

We will willingly refund the original price of any item or send you a replacement provided that you return it in perfect condition and with packaging intact within 7 days. Your statutory rights are not affected. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Your postage costs will also be refunded if the item was faulty.

Copyright and database rights

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, is the property of Jewish Music Distribution, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws.

JMD database

We include details of all our customers on our database. This information remains confidential, and will not be shared with any other business. Unless you indicate otherwise on the order form (by un-ticking the boxes) we will send you mailouts by post about 3 times a year and somewhat more frequently by email. We are likely to include information from the Jewish Music Institute and from Rimmon Judaica, our sister business.

Posting by AIR

We charge £1.50 per order (not per item) to post any where in the world, so there is no extra fee for shipping abroad.

Standard International Airmail usually takes between 11 and 18 business days to deliver.

For other special deliveries (UPS, Express etc) please contact us for prices.

CUSTOMS

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
